- Finish type — clear acrylic creates a glass-like look, frosted acrylic softens visibility and can mimic etched glass, and opaque acrylic blocks visibility through the material for stronger contrast.
- Print method — graphics can be printed directly on acrylic or reverse printed behind the surface for protection and a clean finished face.
- Dimensional treatment — acrylic can be cut, stacked, mounted, and layered to create depth for logos, lettering, panels, displays, and signs that need a more physical presence.
- Mounting — mounting may include standoffs, adhesive, tape, hanging hardware, suction, or self-supporting structures depending on sign size, weight, surface, and intended lifespan.
