Custom printed business forms including invoices, work orders, and carbonless forms for everyday business use.

Business Forms

Forms support the routine work that keeps an organization running. They collect customer information, document transactions, guide inspections, record approvals, and create consistent processes across teams. Good form design reduces hesitation and prevents important details from getting lost — clear labels, logical field order, practical writing space, and concise instructions help people complete the document accurately. Better forms make everyday work easier.

The Finished Format Should Fit the Environment

A form completed at a desk has different needs than one used in a vehicle, warehouse, medical office, or active job site. Size, writing space, copy count, binding, and storage all deserve consideration before production.

Some Workflows Require Several People to Retain the Same Record

  • Carbonless construction — NCR forms transfer handwriting from the top sheet to the sheets below without loose carbon paper, making them useful when customers, employees, departments, or vendors each need a copy of the same completed document.
  • Number of parts — how many copies a form includes depends on the workflow and production format, so determine who needs a copy and how each version will be stored or distributed before ordering.
  • Sequential numbering — numbers can support transaction tracking, inventory control, work orders, receipts, and recordkeeping, with the sequence and placement confirmed before production.
  • Perforations — removable receipts, response sections, payment slips, or records that need separating from the main document all require perforated sections.
  • Binding format — forms may be organized as individual sheets, padded sets, or booklets depending on how they will be distributed, carried, stored, and completed.
  • Branding — logos, brand colors, typography, and contact information can be incorporated while keeping the form practical and easy to complete.
  • Existing forms — an existing printed form or digital file can be reviewed and prepared for reproduction, which is also a useful opportunity to correct outdated information, improve spacing, or simplify the layout.
